Raised in San Francisco’s Italian-American community, Greg brings a lifetime of culinary tradition, family heritage, and heartfelt passion to every dish he serves.
With over 30 years of experience, his journey began in the family kitchen, learning to prepare traditional Northern Italian recipes passed down through generations. He later honed his craft professionally, graduating at the top of his class from culinary school.
Greg blends the warmth and vibrancy of northern Italian cooking with an elevated sophistication of a fine dining experience.
“Banchetto” means “celebratory meal” in Italian—an idea that lies at the heart of this business. Dishes are made from scratch, with care and intention.
